Dahu Lima

A spa in San Isidro, Lima, wanted clients to book on their own and stop saturating the phone line. I designed it in Figma, illustrated the venue and built it.

The problem

At DAHU, almost every booking began with a phone call. And a spa that is busy taking care of people can’t keep answering the phone: calls piled up, people waited, and the front desk spent the day on the line instead of with guests. The idea was simple: a place where clients can see the services, pick one and book their appointment whenever they like, so the phone is free for whoever really needs a voice.

What I did

I did it in three acts. First, Figma: a calm, dark look, with the building at night as the hero and one promise, “Rejuvenece tu cuerpo y espíritu”, so the site feels like the spa before you ever walk in. Then the venue: I illustrated it in isometric line art, so visitors can explore the spaces (massage area, reception, terrace) as if they were already inside. Last, the code: Next.js, Tailwind and Motion, with every service laid out with its duration, price and a clear “Reservar servicio”, a WhatsApp button and a map for when someone does want to talk or visit. Plus a mobile layout of its own, because that’s where most people will book from.

The result

DAHU now has a front door that is open 24 hours a day: people get to know the venue, choose a service and request their appointment whenever they want, and the phone line is saved for what really needs a conversation.
